dallas natural light family and child photo session – family of 7

Photographing this family session was such a treat and seriously could each of them be more beautiful?!  In the dog days of summer the Dallas heat can be such a challenge on my typical outdoor sessions.  When the “B” family told me they wanted a ‘studio’ like photo session in their home – I was all over it.  Then I saw the room we were shooting in … and thought – can this get more perfect?  AC, soft natural window light, wood floors, white walls and beautiful people – inside and out – A perfect summer scenario.   I mean so perfect – I may rent out their living room for the rest of the summer!! 🙂

Without further delay I’d like you to meet the ‘B’ Family…Kelsey (14) – such a huge help to this family and so nice to see her great relationship with all 4 of her younger siblings; Kate (12) – certainly the stylist of the family and so willing to do whatever needed to help make this photo session a hit; Jack (9) – where do I start… so sweet, happy and playful – I think he might have surprised himself at what a natural he was with the camera.  (PS – we decided he looked like Jake Ryan … right!?!); Ryan (5) – total doll and and so easy with the camera.  OMG – those brown eyes – too beautiful!!!;  Tess (9m) – The family is 100% completed with this little one.  It took a while for her to warm up to me but I tell you what – you can already see how much she is in love with her entire family!  So great to meet you all – can’t wait to show you more!
