Nope – this isn’t a photo session with a model – just a simple SENIOR SESSION with this great guy named Holden. (The name says it all right?) I can’t tell you how much I enjoy senior shoots and it’s not often enough that I get to work with guys like him. He made it so easy. Thank goodness he did too because as you’ll notice in the last image – a big storm rolled in right after our session was over.
We first meet in this little area in Deep Ellum – took a few shots there while the local stray cat stuck by Holden’s every move. Then we packed up and headed over to White Rock Lake (yep – I’ve been finding new spots every time I go over there).
It’s clear that Holden is a baseball fanatic! In fact I’m certain I’ll be holding on to these images for the day that he hits it big in the BIG LEAGUES! For now – college awaits. He’s goofy, kind, patient, seems to have a super witty sense of humor, has no idea how good looking he is – yeah – he’s kind of that cool kid that never realized how cool he was. Oh – and he loves his mom! Just being with them for a couple of hours it was clear how good of a relationship they have. Best of luck to you Holden – I’m certain the future is so very bright for you!
